Cromarty 36 designed by Wyatt and Freeman and built by Blondecell Marine of Lymington. Extremely comfortable and safe cruising yacht which is ideal for cruising. This Cromarty 36 has been professionally maintained and wintered ashore every year. She is in excellent condition and makes an ideal yacht to live aboard for long cruises, and is a exceptional safe and comfortable boat. Glenisla is extremely well equipped with many updates.
The current owners are retiring from sailing so all equipment will go with her and she is ready to sail away.
Consists of a V berth forward with infill and plenty of storage. 2 hanging lockers to port and starboard and a step up to the double berth.
Moving aft to port can be found the heads with sea toilet shower and hand basin. Opposite is the U shaped Galley extremely well equipped with plenty of storage and to include ;-

The Main Saloon has a offset raised table to starboard with U shaped seating around, this can be converted to a double berth. Opposite is the indoor steering position with adjustable pilot seat and seating /storage behind
The companionway is offset to port with central access to the large aft owners cabin with a double berth and heads with hanging lockers opposite. Holding Tank & Macerator fitted. Radio and CD with external cockpit speakers.
She is fitted with Eberspacher cabin heating and has full standing headroom throughout. Teak and Holly cabin sole and all woodwork and upholstery is in EXCELLENT condition
Fitted with a Volvo Penta MD22 four cylinder 59hp diesel to a conventional shaft drive to a 3 bladed propeller. Single lever controls in cockpit and wheelhouse.
12v DC System is supplied from 3 batteries arranged in 2 banks, 2 for services and 1 for engine starting and fitted with master switches and linked switch to both banks.
240 shore power supply is fitted with RCCD and individual circuit breakers

Spars and Sails
Silver anodised aluminium mast and spars by Kemp. Fitted with In mast mainsail reefing and a Furlex 300s furling headsail. The mizzen with slab reefing.

She is a good cruising sailing boat with a powerful engine, not like many motor sailors, which are more like motor boats with sails.
