In current ownership since 2004 and some £33000 has been spent making considerable improvements as outlined later below. As a result this boat presents beautifully and has to be one of the best examples on the market today, viewing is highly recommended. The works carried out include full osmosis treatment at Dickies in 2006 with transferable 3 yr warranty. A full hull repaint and new treadmaster decks also undertaken also at Dickies. Engine refurbished at Perkins by the previous owner in the late 1990's and a new gearbox in 2006. All the following were also new in 2006/7:- Mainsail, lazy jacks and sail covers, Exterior Window and door covers, all standing rigging and Furlex 206 headsail roller, most running rigging, Radar reflector, stainless steel water cooled exhaust, all seacocks, one new and one refurbished electric bilge pump and two refurbished manual pumps, complete anchor chain, wind depth and log instruments, Intelligent shore power supplyand echo charger for bow thruster batteries, shore power wiring and 240v invertor, selection of fenders, extinguishers including auto engine room, cooker and replacement gas pipes.

Cabin Types:The forecabin has a double berth and a sink and a wet locker. Moving aft the galley is to port, it has a Parker (new 2007) two burner stove with oven and grill, a sink with hot and cold water supply and a gas/mains/12v refrigerator. The heads is opposite with marine wc (new Jabsco 2006), hand basin and shower head. The saloon has seating/double berth to port with a table, to starboard there is another bench seat/berth and a quarter berth above. The Wheelhouse is generous in size and has a seat and doors leading out into the aft cockpit. The interior upholstery has been refreshed with fabric and sponge and curtains (2006).
